Boyd Sleep launching DTC program with Nautica brand

ST. LOUIS — Boyd Sleep says a new direct-to-consumer program with its Nautica brand will key growth in 2020.
“We will be introducing our own direct-to-consumer program through our Nautica brand,” said Denny Boyd, president of Boyd Sleep.
“We will partner with our retail brick-and-mortar stores so that they can make 50% to 60% margins at our MAP pricing. This five mattress-in-a-box program will include hybrids and memory foam mattresses with unique technologies that will retail between $599 and $999 in queen size. We will quick ship within five hours of receipt of the orders on this program.
“We can ship direct to the store or direct to the consumer should the retailer wish to use our ‘My Mattress Now’ program. We will be directing consumers to test rest the Nautica mattresses at their local retailer.
